Brian joined Webb/Mason, Inc. in 2000 as Vice President of Software Development and was later promoted to Chief Information Officer. Prior to 2000, Brian was Vice President of Internet Development for Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. Brian has been instrumental in defining and delivering the technology and e-commerce strategy that has helped Webb/Mason grow into an industry leader.

In September, 2006, Webb/Mason acquired TopForm Software, and invited Brian to assume leadership of the company as President & CEO. Brian and the TopForm Software management team charge themselves with personal excellence in helping our customers achieve the success they seek through best-in-class technology solutions.

Brian and his wife Linda live primarily in the Baltimore, MD area with their children Savannah and Brian. The family is very active outdoors and will usually be found in an ocean or on a mountain when time allows.  

Julie Pritchard joined TopForm Software in 1985, the year the company began development of their enterprise-wide software solution for the Business Print Distribution Industry. Since that time, Julie has witnessed the evolution of the industry, and has directed TopForm’s sales expansion to a global enterprise software firm. With installations across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and elsewhere, she has been involved with hundreds of TopForm installations. As a result of her extensive experience in the industry she understands the consultative nature of the business.

Julie recently celebrated her 30th anniversary with her husband Paul. They have two sons and one daughter. Chris, Greg and Blake who are all currently attending college. Julie enjoys tennis and dancing and, when not skirting the globe, she enjoys spending time with her family at home and at their Gulf Coast property.  

Denise joined TopForm Software in 1995 as a Software Developer, and quickly established herself with our customers and employees through the excellent quality of her work, and her intellect. With her strong accounting background, extensive experience, and proven leadership ability Denise rose to the position of Vice President of Technology in October of 2006. Denise works every day with the TopForm Management Team to make our customers more successful through the products and services we build and support.

Denise, originally from Michigan, now resides in the Atlanta area with her husband, Tim and has two college-aged children; son Brett, and daughter Jenna.  

Theresa first started at TopForm Software in 1979, and has worked in a variety of functions for the company, developing a complete and thorough understanding of the customers, products and services. Having worked with the original developers of the products, support specialists, and with the software development team, Theresa has more experience with TopForm’s products than anyone, which makes her perfect for managing our Quality Assurance (Q/A) team. Theresa’s individual mission is to continue to bring a first rate product to our customers through careful and thoughtful quality control.

Theresa has two sons, and loves animals, swimming, hiking, and fishing.  

Steve is largely regarded by the TopForm staff as the “voice of the customer” given that he spends the majority of his time on the road with our clients. As the leader of our On-Site Services team focusing on end-user education, business process consulting, documentation and management of the TopForm Idea Bank, Steve is constantly in touch with our customer base, and the needs of their customers. A true road warrior, Steve’s individual mission is to help each customer maximize their return on investment in TopForm Software, and advise the TopForm technical staff on meaningful ways to help our customers stay in front in a complex competitive landscape.

When not flying the friendly skies, Steve can be found at home with his wife Kim and children Austin, Abby, Jonathan, and Alexandra. Steve is an active member of his Church teaching Sunday School classes weekly.  

Mike has been in the software development industry since 1987, and has been involved the whole way with the distribution industry. Having managed development teams for over 10 years, Mike enjoys the ability to create and delivery truly valuable solutions to our customers, and work with them to understand how TopForm products can be continually improved. Mike’s individual mission is to enable our customers to be more successful by creating and delivering innovative, valuable software products.

When not working with his team building solutions, Mike enjoys spending time with his two daughters, riding bikes, playing tennis, and teaching the martial arts.  

Cathy first started with TopForm Software in 1985, and has experience in many areas of the company including support, accounting, office management, and even reception! Cathy is also to be credited with all the planning and organization of the TopForm Annual Client Conferences. In addition to her time with TopForm, Cathy has experience working directly for a TopForm customer, and therefore brings a unique and very valuable perspective to our Customer Support Team. Cathy’s individual mission is to provide the very best customer service in our industry through active listening, thorough follow-up, and constant employee education.

Cathy married her high school sweetheart and they have one daughter, Stephanie. When not in the office, she enjoys mountain trips, gardening and furniture re-finishing.
