TopForm® announces the availability of TopForm DocuCenter. DocuCenter is an Internet based application that provides your customers with content management and on-line ordering for their internally generated print on demand documents.

Julie Pritchard, President

In May 1999, Julie succeeded Warren Zindler, the original founder of the company, as president. She had previously served many years as Vice-President of Sales and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge of the business print distribution industry to the executive level. Since joining TopForm in 1985, Julie has not only witnessed the evolution of the industry but has directed TopForm’s expansion to a global enterprise software firm. She has been involved with hundreds of TopForm installations and it is because of her experience that she understands the consultive nature of our business. “Our clients expect us to advise and consult with them, not only about their investments in software and hardware, but also about their business needs. We must know the document management and printing industry and what it takes to be successful. Only then are we credible service providers.” Julie graduated 19th in a class of 569 from the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Accounting.  She was inducted to the honor fraternity for Business majors.

 

Keith McBride, Vice President - Research & Development

This Texan has been involved with the development of TopForm Software since its inception. Keith was first hired in 1982 and has been largely responsible for the programming efforts that have turned TopForm into what it is today. "It has been gratifying to be involved in the dramatic changes the software has gone through during the past decade. We went from a general purpose accounting package to a very powerful enterprise system for print distributors and the future of TopForm remains bright." Keith graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State in Atlanta.

 

Denise Montroy, Web.ec Product Manager

Denise has been part of TopForm Development since May of 1995. Besides having extensive knowledge of the inner workings of TopForm software, Denise's meticulous attention to detail makes her a favorite with TopForm customers as well as with the TopForm Support Staff. Denise's talents extend beyond software development. Her strong accounting background provides the basis for solutions that are not only efficient but also conform with general accounting principals.

 

Steve Boyett, Manager - Installation and Training

Steve brings a wealth of experience to the table each time a new customer has TopForm installed. Since being hired in 1996, Steve has been the point person on-site making sure the installation and subsequent training goes smoothly. "My top priority is to ensure our new customers are happy and confident about their investment by giving them the knowledge tools they need to utilize TopForm to the fullest." On a daily basis, Steve is responsible for the data conversions for our new customers as well as on-going training for existing customers.

 

Cathy Spence, Operations Manager

Cathy has been associated with TopForm since 1985 and has a unique perspective on the software due to the fact she was also a TopForm customer while working with a business print distributor. She puts it in these terms, "Having been on the flip side of the coin as a TopForm customer, I appreciate and understand what our customers want…top-notch customer service and we intend to give it." Cathy not only serves our customers by managing their support & accounting needs but also oversees the day-to-day office operations at TopForm.

 

Mike Ellison, TopForm Sofware Development Manager

As Manager of TopForm Software Development, Mike manages a team of five programmers and coordinates all custom programming and new development efforts. Mike has eight years of software development and I.T. Management experience. He acts as a resource to the TopForm Platinum Support customers.
