What is TopForm® Image Library?
The TopForm® Image Library is used to digitally store all of the documents and images typically needed in a distributor’s business and to conveniently index these documents to the associated transactions. This provides a way to put these documents “at your fingertips” instead of having to track down file folders in cabinets or on someone’s desk.
All of the documents produced by TopForm® as well as all of the Accounting Journals and Audit Reports are captured automatically. Documents received, such as vendor invoices, customer signed delivery tickets, etc, can be scanned with TopForm’s easy to use interface that links them to the corresponding accounting documents in
TopForm®.
As you probably already know, all new TopForm® modules are discounted 25% during the first sixty days following their release. This early release price of $3,975 will be in effect until December 10.

The newest standard Web.ec report is the Warehouse Receipt Report. This on-line report lists all the products that have been received into your warehouses within the date range specified.
In addition to being able to see warehouse receipts, your customer has an option to view a report that also lists all the transactions against each receipt (shipments from inventory, adjustments, etc.).
They simply check the “Show all transactions against receipts” box and click Create Report. For more information on this new Web.ec reporting option, please contact

If you have a need in WebEC to provide information to the buyer about an item in addition to the item
description, the following tags may be of interest to you.
The form_memo tag displays the 60 character form memo field from the custom item master (F/M,S1,#2 in
CHUI).
This tag is available on the product catalog, product detail,
and order entry pages. (EC3PC0,EC3PC1,EC3WS1).
The form_note tag displays the 60 character item note field from the custom item master (F/M,S1,#10 in
CHUI).

The PDF monitor program has been enhanced to provide more flexibility in
processing electronic forms into PDF documents. This feature works in conjunction with your Electronic Forms and provides the ability
to process packing lists, invoices, purchase orders, etc as PDF documents.
There are now two options available in the PDF Monitor program.
The first option is designed to run on one pc and monitors the processing
of all PDF electronic forms. When a form is created, the program automatically prints the document to a pre-assigned printer. The printer
can be any printer that is accessed by the pc running the monitor program. Each user document type can be assigned a unique printer if necessary.
The second option allows the monitor program to run on each individual user's pc. When a user creates a document, the program can automatically print the document to the user's default Windows printer OR display the document on the pc using the Adobe Acrobat reader.
The user can then process the document using any of the existing functions in the Adobe reader. If Adobe 6.0 or greater is used, the document can be emailed.

TopForm® recently sent out a survey to solicit our client’s input regarding potential new development projects. The response to this survey was very strong. Eighty-three of the 324 customers queried or 26% took time out of their busy schedule to give us this very important input. You can see a summary of the responses so far by using the following link.
