The new TopForm module called the TopForm Sage Connection is now in beta testing. We are confident that it will be ready for general release early fourth quarter. This new module provides TopForm Web.ec users with the following additional features.

• Product Catalog information including pricing, long descriptions and images for up to 800,000 items, are received real-time via the Sage XML datastream and made part of your Web.ec product catalogs.
• As customers place orders, those orders update to your TopForm shopping cart, right along side orders for items to be released from your warehouse or variable print or office products orders.
• Items that are new to your TopForm data files are automatically setup via the TopForm Product Catalog Gateway at the time of the order confirmation.
• Customers can upload images or logo files and enter special instructions that get attached to the order.
• TopForm creates the purchase order to the manufacturer. These purchase orders can be reviewed prior to release or they can be automatically emailed or faxed to the manufacturer.

The 800,000 Sage Catalog can be filtered to only display those products produced by the manufacturers you choose to represent as well as to display only those categories of items you choose to offer. The Sage Vendor Code is mapped to your TopForm Vendor Code using a "Personal Data field" entered via Sage On-Line.

The TopForm Sage Connection can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with your TopForm ECPromo module that is more specifically designed for company store offerings.
