TopForm Reporting Options

The TopForm Grouping Analysis report has been modified to provide an option to exclude items from printing. The exclusion would be triggered if the item were obsolete or inactive, or if the Reorder Point Quantity and Reorder Point Days were zero or blank.

The following screen shots illustrate the entries necessary to trigger this new reporting option.

The "Obsolete" flag along with the Reorder Point Quantity and the Reorder Point in Days can be found on the Reorder Tab of the Custom Item Master.

The Inactive Flag can be found in the Inventory Item Master File, Item Pricing Constants.

To set an item to inactive, you actually choose the delete option. If there is activity detected, open orders, inventory, etc, the item will be set to Inactive for later removal. This will occur at month end, assuming that there is no longer any current activity.

In addition, the Grouping Analysis report was also modified to provide a new option to print only summary data for each item code within a group of customers. This option is found by choosing the "Group" Tab, or sequence 2 in the CHUI selection screen. (See below)

If this option is checked, the report will print only the Usage information for the item as opposed to detailed information for each customer.
