Audit Reports

Did you know that if you have the TopForm Image Library, you can reprint any TopForm Journal or Audit Report from any Journal Printing program?

As one example, below is the Detail Transaction Register printing option. By clicking the see Images button, you have the option of choosing the Audit Report you wish to view or reprint.

Note that the Audit Report for the program you are currently running will default, however, you can select any other Audit Report by Simply choosing it from the drop list.

For instance, if you wish to view a Cash Receipts Journal, you would choose it and then further narrow your search by either the Audit Control Number or Date Printed Range.

Then just click the View button for the journal you wish to view or reprint. As all the audit reports are saved in PDF form, you can search for a particular transaction within the report, or email or reprint the report. It's as simple as that! This is not only convenient and efficient, but it is a great addition to your disaster recovery plan. If, as a result of a fire, flood or other disaster, some or all of your paper files are destroyed, you will always have your TopForm audit reports as part of your routine electronic backups.
