Our technical support department is the best and the most expansive in the industry. We are on-call for our customers from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm EST. Support includes answers to procedural questions, providing solutions for data or programming issues and, from time to time, for accounting advice.
We employ several tools to enhance our Support Services. From DoubleVision to NetMeeting, we can remotely control your workstation. Once connected, our screen becomes a mirror image of yours as we witness first hand the problem being experienced by the operator.
Using these Remote Control tools, we not only see what is on your screen, but also can take control of your station to resolve an issue while you watch.
