The class fee includes configuration and installation of the software and data as well as training on the software’s capabilities. (Actual software licensing is not included in the training fees.)
Prerequisite: Licensing of the Remote C/M software and installation on your host TopForm Server. Remote laptops for configuration 5 days prior to the class date.

Our two-day training class is designed to take the TopForm System Administrator behind the scenes. Discussion areas include operator setup and customization, security controls, hidden system utilities, error handling and basic device setup and troubleshooting. This intense training includes preventing and detecting system-related issues.
This class also provides a basic introduction to the UNIX operating system and then covers some critical functions for the on-site administrator in detail. These include disk management, backups, fax administration, UNIX e-mail and DoubleVision. A review of various networking and configuration options will also be discussed.
Prerequisite: Requires signed security release form.
